Office Accountant
  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile financial statements and bank accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, expense reports, and financial reports.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries and provide financial information as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
  • Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience in the printing industry (preferred but not required).
